We accept MasterCard, VISA and bank or personal checks. Items will be shipped after personal checks have cleared.
If you are a decorator, please fill in your tax information by clicking here, then mail or fax to us.
We use several professional “blanket” movers for deliveries. Each of them is experienced in handling antiques and delicate items and takes great care of the goods in loading and unloading and underway.
We can provide you with a shipping quote, which will include insurance for damage. Alternatively we are happy to work with the shipper of your choice.
While we are happy to facilitate this step for our customers, Pooter Olooms can not be responsible in the rare case there is damage during shipping after the item leaves our store. Payment for shipping and any claims are handled between the customer and shipper.
