
Ordering
When you are ready to order, please contact us with the item number and the city, state and zip code of the shipping destination. We will gladly provide you with more complete information about the piece of interest and a shipping quote and deliver time estimate.
We accept MasterCard, VISA and bank or personal checks. Items will be shipped after personal checks have cleared.
If you are a decorator, please fill in your tax information by clicking here, then mail or fax to us.
Shipping
We use several professional “blanket” movers for deliveries. Each of them is experienced in handling antiques and delicate items and takes great care of the goods in loading and unloading and underway.
Furniture, mirrors and other large items are carefully wrapped with blankets, unloaded and placed in the room of your choice. Please be certain of items’ final location prior to delivery.
Pooter Olooms takes full responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipment by its recommended shippers. You may, of course, select your own shipper.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Pooter Olooms has authorized the return. (Items modified for you may not be approved.)
- The item is returned by an approved shipper no later than 15 days following its delivery to you.
- All expense of return, including shipping and insurance, are your responsibility. Full item cost will be returned only if item is received in the same condition as it was originally shipped.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted for items held in our warehouse at your request for more than three weeks before being shipped.
